Now hiring a Proposals Engineer for direct-hire!Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Proposals Engineer for direct-hire placement in Saginaw!

The Proposals Engineer is responsible for using engineering data , drawings, and customer specifications to create proposals and prepare cost estimates.  They will also prepare cost studies for management.  The Proposals Engineer is responsible for adhering to company pricing policies and collecting both internal and customer feedback at the time of job completion.

This is a direct-hire position paying $25/hour or more, depending on experience. Schedule is Mon - Fri:  7:00am to 4:30pm. Apply now!- Bachelors Degree in a related field and experience in component pricing
-  Knowledge of products, material, and components related to the machine tool industry and the processes necessary to design and manufacture equipment.
-  Five (5) years of experience in the machine tool industry with several years in sales or project management.
- Ability to analyze, interpret and evaluate data and develop ideas.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
